Activate your Light
When we talk about the light within, what does that actually mean and how do we activate it?
We are more than just a physical body; we are made up of frequency, energy and vibration. Depending on the way we choose to live our life path, these states can often shift and differ.
Many ask me, how is it that I have so much energy? Where do you get it from? To answer that question, here are my secrets that allow me to live my path as a Lightworker.
Eat right for more light
Food is a massive factor in raising your vibration. Food should heal and repair the physical and spirit body, not damage it. When you consume an organic light frequency diet, you automatically bring in light energy into the physical.
Start where you want to finish
My morning rituals: A large glass of warm water and ½ a lemon, that kick starts my liver and my physical. I end my day with a camomile tea.
Make gratitude your attitude
Activation affirmations: This helps to set in motion the “theme” of the day ahead. These activations tend to be around self-love, gratitude and releasing what no longer serves.
Step Back and Reassess
Environments can also contribute on our light frequency. My advice to you would be to detach from unnecessary drama. We are constantly going through teachings on many levels and sometimes we simply need to step back and reassess. After going through your reassessment, I find meditating helps to clear the mind, followed by an exercise regime of the day. This could be either yoga, the gym or a brisk walk to connect with nature.
Serve through kindness, love and an open heart – Don’t limit yourself
I am constantly looking for opportunities to serve. There are no conditions on serving the collective.
These are some of the tools and enablers that allow me to open up and become a pillar of light.
